Daydreamer, sittin’ on the seat, soaking up the sun. He is a Real lover, makin’ up the past and feeling up his girl like he’s never felt her figure before.A jaw dropper, looks good when he when he walks, he is the subject of their talk. He would be hard to chase, but good to catch and he could change the world with his hands behind his back, Oh…You can find him sittin’ on your doorstep, waiting for the surprise. It will feel like he’s been there for hours and you can tell that he’ll be there for life. Daydreamer, with eyes that make you melt, he lends his coat for shelter because he’s there for you when he shouldn’t be but he stays all the same, waits for you and then sees you through. There’s no way I could describe him, all I say is, just what I’m hoping for but I will find him sittin’ on my doorstep, waiting for the surprise. It will feel like he’s been there for hours and I can tell he’ll be there for life, and I can tell he’ll be there for life...

little man

this scares me. he looks like a grown up, and so intense.he is only a week old! i didnt see him for almost a week and when i went back to my sisters he was tracking better and he weighed more. i dont want him to grow up, i want him to stay little and sweet forever. i am so afraid of the days or back-talking or when he hates the world and doesnt want any sort of affection. i will love him and snuggle him and kiss him till he is a grown ass man, buhleedat i will.

According to Wikipedia, dating is defined as "any social activity performed as a pair or even a group with the aim of each assessing the other's suitability as their partner in an intimate relationship or as a spouse. The word refers to the act of agreeing on a time and "date" when a pair can meet and engage in some social activity.", I wish it really was that simple.

I am no good at this game.

20 songs is not enough

Last night, after challenging two people to make a 20 song playlist of songs that influenced their lives, I started talking about the songs and shows that have brought me to the place I am now. That picture is from a Thursday show and I can tell you the exact moment I fell in love with that band, they played at HOB with Saves the Day, it was one of mine and Sydneys first shows at HOB and we had no idea who Thursday was but we would after that show. I remember watching Geoff sing "Rain, rain down! I think it's gonna rain, rain down", while he swung the mic over his head and I could feel his passion, I knew he believed in the words he was singing. I walked away from that show with an entirely new appreciation for that genre of music and the power behind it. I have a lot of memories like that, I am lucky enough to be able to pinpoint almost every band and song and show that changed my life.

Last night was one of the those shows, thanks PBC and Broadway Calls.
